Job Description
Ibex, on behalf of its client, is seeking a Client Services and Order Fulfillment Specialist to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Complete daily cases and order fulfillment per department policies.
- Prioritize work and handle overflow efficiently.
- Communicate with dealers/vendors via phone and email.
- Ensure quality service internally and externally.
- Record client interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Stay updated on product information and changes.
- Assist with Support and Reconnections team tasks.
- Identify areas for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to maintain positive client relationships.
- Comfortable working in EST time zone (Evening/Night).
