Requirements for Position:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls for Carecloud’s biggest client.
- Superior English communication skills (Verbal, Written, and Comprehension).
- Excellent telephone etiquettes.
- Proven experience in a call center environment in a customer service role.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships.
- Exemplary attendance and punctuality.
- Work efficiently under pressure.
- Problem-solving and conflict management skills.
- Proficient in computers and MS Office Suite.
- Data entry experience and adequate typing speed.
- Basic arithmetic skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent decision-making skills and initiative.
