Job Description
Requirements for Position:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls for CareCloud’s biggest client.
- Superior English communication skills (Verbal, Written and Comprehension).
- Must possess excellent telephone etiquettes.
- Proven experience working in a call center environment in a customer/client service role.
- Must establish and maintain effective and professional relationships with work colleagues, supervisors, and managers.
- Exemplary attendance and punctuality.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict management skills.
- Must be able to handle stressful situations in a professional customer service-related manner.
- Proficient Knowledge of computers.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word).
- Must have an adequate typing speed.
- Data entry experience is a must.
- Basic arithmetic skills are necessary.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and organize workflow.
- Requires excellent decision-making skills and initiative.
