Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role based in Karachi. The Client Services Executive will manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle daily business relationship management tasks.
Qualifications:
- Client Services, Client Relations, and Business Relationship Management skills
- Ability to ensure customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated experience in client services or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
Job Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi
