Job Description

Education: BBA or MBA

Experience: 3+ years of experience in event management or a related field

Salary: Negotiable, Market Competitive

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining client proposals working closely with creative & ops department
  • Building Client Relationships and ensuring client needs are met
  • Monitoring project expenses and billing
  • Developing government tender documents, proposals, and pitch presentations
  • Sourcing and coordinating with venues
  • Carrying out business development & outreach to potential clients
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale events from idea generation to execution
  • Marketing and sales acumen
  • A “go-getter” attitude
  • IT proficiency, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to embrace learning opportunities and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible workweek, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
  • Excellent multi-tasking and project management skills
  • Ability to travel throughout Pakistan and outside Pakistan
