Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role in Karāchi for a Client Services Manager (Account Manager). The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and cultivating positive relationships with clients. The role includes liaising with internal departments such as sales and production to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services that meet client requirements. The Client Services Manager should be able to create a positive impact on clients and serve as a liaison between the clients and company.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in Client Services and managing key customers accounts
- Analytical Skills and ability to identify areas of improvement for the current process
- Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional Attention To Detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years of relevant experience in the digital marketing industry is preferred
