Role Description
As a Client Services Manager at Versus Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for understanding our client’s needs and ensuring they receive the highest level of support and service during their work with us. This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore District.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in client services & account management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective relationships with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams to create innovative solutions that drive results.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage stress effectively.
- A passion for client satisfaction and customer service.
