Arrivals Canada Immigration Pakistan is looking for a Client Care Representative (Lahore based).
Job Responsibilities:
– Deal directly with clients face to face
– Listen to clients’ questions and concerns and provide answers or responses
– Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction
– Generate sales leads
– Build sustainable relationships and trust with client accounts through communication
– Meet personal/client service sales targets and call handling quotas
– Handle client complaints and provide solutions within time limits
– Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts, and follow communication guidelines
– Take extra steps to engage clients
– Answer and make calls, respond promptly to clients via email, phone, and texting
– Maintain client database
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any relevant discipline
Language: Very good command of English (written, orally)
Experience: 1-3 years in customer service
Personality: High follow-up, organizational skills, ability to work under pressure
