Job Description

We are looking for a Client Coordinator with excellent English communication skills to communicate with our UK-based clients and inquire about their staffing requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of DRC Healthcare Pakistan.

Office Timings:

• 1 PM to 10 PM in Summers
• 2 PM to 10 PM in Winters

Office Location:

• M M Alam Road, Lahore

As a Client Coordinator, you will be:

• Calling on panel Nursing and Care Homes throughout the UK and acquiring their staffing needs and confirming the terms of business.
• Coordinating with the Home Managers by drafting and sending them an email with the Company’s Terms of Business.
• Adding the client’s requirements to an Excel Sheet and forwarding them to the Data Entry Department for processing.
• Collaborating with clients to get the updated vacancy list to keep the system updated.
• Providing Customer Support.
• Handling Client queries.
• Handling resource queries (If there is any difference between the expected and offered shift patterns or salaries).

Must Haves:

• Positive and clear English language communication skills, preferably with experience in Internal BPO Campaigns.
• Confident & Responsible.
• Effective Listening Skills.
• Well-organized & Time Management Skills.
• Ability to work with targets.
• Should be comfortable working during UK timings, 5 days a week.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel and Word.

We are offering:

For selected candidates, the Base Salary starts from 70,00/- up to 80,00/- + Commission (30-35K). The Base Salary can be revised upon performance review after probation.
