Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Client Engagement Specialist at Kamayi.

Responsibilities include:

  • Professionally handle incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Greet and assist clients in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate department or individual within the firm.
  • Engage with warm leads to understand their legal needs.
  • Provide information about the firm’s services and expertise.
  • Convert leads into appointments for lawyers based in the London office.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service in all interactions.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide relevant information.
  • Efficiently manage and schedule appointments for lawyers.
  • Coordinate with legal teams to ensure availability and suitability of appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and appointments.
  • Prepare reports on lead conversion and appointment scheduling.
  • Work towards and achieve individual and team-based sales targets.
  • Earn commissions on every successfully converted paid lead.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; higher education in a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to effectively convert leads into appointments; sales experience is an advantage.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently and work on UK timings from Pakistan.
