Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Client Engagement Specialist at Kamayi.
Responsibilities include:
- Professionally handle incoming calls and inquiries.
- Greet and assist clients in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Direct calls to the appropriate department or individual within the firm.
- Engage with warm leads to understand their legal needs.
- Provide information about the firm’s services and expertise.
- Convert leads into appointments for lawyers based in the London office.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service in all interactions.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide relevant information.
- Efficiently manage and schedule appointments for lawyers.
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure availability and suitability of appointments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and appointments.
- Prepare reports on lead conversion and appointment scheduling.
- Work towards and achieve individual and team-based sales targets.
- Earn commissions on every successfully converted paid lead.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; higher education in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to effectively convert leads into appointments; sales experience is an advantage.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently and work on UK timings from Pakistan.
