Role Description
We are currently seeking a Client Services Representative to join our team in Lahore. This is a full-time on-site role, where you will be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction and handling day-to-day tasks related to client services. Your duties will include communicating with clients, handling inquiries, and managing financial matters.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members.
- Ability to manage and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer service skills, including conflict resolution.
- Prior experience in client services or customer service roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
