Job Description
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service as a Client Servicing Representative.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring their successful implementation.
- Conduct market research to gather insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and present pitch decks to potential clients, showcasing the company’s offerings.
- Oversee campaign costings to ensure budget adherence and profitability.
- Generate creative campaign ideas and contribute to ideation sessions.
- Handle business management tasks related to marketing initiatives.
- Execute and monitor campaign management processes from planning to completion.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance overall satisfaction and retention.
