Job Description
We are hiring a Client Success & GoHighLevel Manager for a Pakistan-based SaaS firm (on-site, Sahiwal). The role focuses on rapid client onboarding and delivering measurable success within the first week using GoHighLevel: account setup, automations, pipelines, triggers, chat widgets, review systems, and website templates.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and client communication
- Configure GoHighLevel accounts, integrate calendars, GMB, and third-party tools
- Build/customize websites, monitor dashboards, and maintain account documentation
- Ensure automations run smoothly and meet deadlines
Requirements: 1+ year experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM, strong English, organized, independent, tech-savvy. Schedule: Mon–Sat, 2 PM–9 PM. Work location: Sahiwal office.
