Job Description
Zee Funnels, a premier B2C email marketing agency, is on the lookout for a proactive Assistant Account Manager (Client Success Manager). The ideal candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal skills and strategic thinking abilities to ensure client success while fostering strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Inspire and lead a team to deliver exceptional client service.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, effectively addressing their needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and enhance campaign strategies.
- Engage with international clients, skillfully navigating cultural differences.
- Maintain composure and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration; prior experience in B2C email marketing is preferred; excellent communication skills; proficient in CRM software.
Salary: PKR 30,00 to 70,00 | Job Type: Full-time | Pay: PKR 50,00.00 – PKR 100,00.00 per month.
