Job Description

As a Client Success Executive (Expansion) at RepairDesk, you will have a crucial role in building strong relationships and upselling our products while ensuring customer satisfaction. We are looking for talented individuals with excellent communication skills and a natural sales instinct to represent our brand and assist our RepairDesk customers.

Client Success Executives (Expansion) understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences and are committed to making it happen during every interaction. You possess outstanding interpersonal and organizational abilities, enabling you to establish trust with potential RepairDesk customers.

Job Description:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas consistently
  • Proactively consult with customers to understand their unique needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Demonstrate RepairDesk software and conduct business reviews with existing customers
  • Collaborate with SDRs, CSMs, Support, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales/success role, utilizing phone and email communications
  • Prior experience in consulting with B2B customers in the United States and Canada is highly desired
  • Proficiency in pricing and deal structure negotiations
  • Ownership attitude throughout the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that values initiative and autonomy
  • Highly organized and punctual
