Job Description
BroadPeak Technologies is seeking a dedicated Client Success & Support Specialist. In this crucial role, you will facilitate client onboarding sessions to ensure smooth integration with our tools, conduct comprehensive product walkthroughs, and deliver training on essential features.
Your responsibilities will include responding to client inquiries through various communication channels including email, chat, and phone. You will diagnose issues, track support tickets, and resolve them efficiently. Developing strong client relationships is vital for enhancing retention and overall satisfaction.
This role also requires you to maintain accurate records of client interactions, generate reports on client concerns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the client experience.
