Job Description
The Client Support Executive is responsible for providing timely and efficient support to our clients. You will troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues, ensuring 24/7 support coverage. Ideal candidates possess strong problem-solving skills, a customer-first attitude, and flexibility for shift work.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat
- Manage client inquiries, technical issues, and service requests promptly
- Accurately document client interactions in the CRM or ticketing system
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
- Escalate unresolved issues for further investigation
Shift Structure
- Shift 1: 11PM – 7AM, 6 days a week
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or Customer Service
- Minimum 1 year in client support or technical role
- Excellent English communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in shift-based work environments
- Familiarity with Jira or similar tools
- Adaptability to flexible schedules
