Role Description:
12 Consultants Pvt Ltd is looking for a full-time Client Support Specialist for our Lahore office. The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will work on-site and handle a high volume of customer interactions on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
- Analytical Skills and Ability to solve problems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high volume of customer interactions
- Females are encouraged to apply
Salary Package:
Rs. 50,00 – Rs. 100,00 (excluding commissions)
