Job Description
The Clinical Data Team Lead I will contribute and lead data management activities in support of studies across the department. Responsible for ensuring clinical trial data processes operate effectively and subordinate team members meet or exceed expectations. Duties include supervising team, training staff, providing support, coordinating assignments, and ensuring adherence to timelines. Requires Bachelor of Science or equivalent, 1+ year clinical data handling experience, team leadership experience, and knowledge of industry standards. ACRP certification preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
