Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Trials Quality Assurance Associate to ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and applicable regulations across clinical studies. Responsibilities include conducting audits, tracking and verifying corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), performing root-cause analyses, reviewing trial documentation, and supporting quality systems to maintain inspection readiness.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of clinical research QA experience, strong communication skills, and a thorough, process-focused approach to improving study conduct. This role works closely with study teams to identify opportunities for improvement and to sustain high-quality, compliant operations.
