Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Cluster Owner at Mobiserve Pakistan’s Lahore office. The Cluster Owner will be responsible for managing the end-to-end activities of a cluster. Their tasks include monitoring site performance, coordinating maintenance activities, enforcing company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance, and managing client relationships related to the cluster.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the telecom or energy sector with knowledge of radio frequency (RF) and/or power systems
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Telecom, or related field
