Job Description
The CMMI Consultant at Business Beam is responsible for implementing CMMI for Development in traditional or Agile environments at customer locations in Karachi and Riyadh. We are looking for a motivated individual who can understand customer needs, requirements, and implement the framework effectively, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Quickly understand customers’ working style, requirements, and needs
- Develop relevant policies and procedures efficiently
- Conduct process awareness training for customer employees
- Ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures
- Provide support during the appraisal phase
Qualifications:
- Minimum education of 16 years – BS/BE/BBA/MS/MBA
- At least 4 years of experience in software development lifecycle aspects
- Experience in CMMI implementation
- CMMI associate certification will be a plus
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and self-organize
