Job Description
Qualification & Experience:
Essential:
- BSc Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering (Fresh Graduates can apply)
Desirable:
- BS Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering with minimum 1 year experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Level-2 Support for Institutions resolving CMS issues
- Level-1 Support for Directorates and tracking issue resolution
- User Training, Collaboration, System Monitoring
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Essential:
- CMS and ERP Solutions
Desirable:
- IT Helpdesk Management, Customer Care
Terms & Conditions:
- Document submission required
- Last education certificate must be attested/verified by HEC
Candidates may be ineligible for:
