Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Karāchi. As a Cold Caller at NXT Labs, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, identifying client needs, and setting up appointments with prospective clients. Your key objective will be to develop and maintain relationships with clients, pitch services, and generate new business.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and influence clients.
- Demonstrated ability to reach and exceed specific performance metrics.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and self-driven individual.
- Ability to work independently, follow company policies, and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience Preferably from IBA.
