Position Overview: Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Collection Officer/Recovery Officer to enhance our team. Your primary duties will involve following up with customers on outstanding payments, negotiating payment plans, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of relevant experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a willingness to travel are required.
