Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Collections Manager to lead our debt collection efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in financial management, alongside a demonstrated history of success in credit and collections.
Your primary responsibilities will entail supervising the collections team, establishing collection objectives, and formulating strategies to enhance collection effectiveness. Additionally, you will analyze accounts and generate reports to assess progress.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities are critical for this role. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline is preferred, along with a minimum of five years of experience in collections.
