Job Description

Job Purpose:

Work on delinquent accounts, collecting arrears and updating customer accounts. Use collection tools to ensure borrowing terms compliance.

Key Result Areas:

• Efficiently handle delinquent accounts.
• Make 100-150 daily tele-calls.
• Utilize Finn1 system for collections.
• Contact customers for overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
• Ensure follow-up on payment commitments.
• Identify fraud cases and escalate promptly.
• Resolve queries and negotiate effectively.
• Update interactions in Finn1 system.
• Escalate complex cases to Team Leader.
• Achieve monthly targets.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Graduate degree holder.
• Prior retail banking collections experience.
• Strong communication skills and English fluency.
• Preferably with UAE collections experience.
