Job Title: Assistant Finance Executive
Role: Collection Officer
Job Description:
- To reconcile customers’ accounts, meet clients, and enrich long-term business relationships.
- To collect payments from corporate customers as per the company’s standard and payment terms.
- Handle customer queries via calls or emails promptly.
- Prepare invoices based on agreements/contracts with corporate customers.
- Improve systems, SOPs, and processes by providing positive suggestions.
- Interact with other departments and financial institutions to introduce new payment modes.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounts, Commerce, or related field.
- 0-1 year experience.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
