They are seeking a Color Matching Specialist for their facility in Karāchi, boasting a state-of-the-art setup. Responsibilities include executing color matching tasks, ensuring consistency in fabric/garment dyeing, and applying color theory expertise.
Role Description
This full-time on-site position requires a Color Matching Specialist with 3-4 years of experience. Responsibilities include maintaining color consistency by coordinating with production teams. Candidates must have a BSc in Textile Engineering, color theory skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
Qualifications/Skills
- Minimum BSc in Textile Engineering
- Proficiency in Color Matching and Theory
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with textile dyeing processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Color theory certification is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role in the textile or apparel industry
