Key Requirements:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate clear and transparent project discussions.
- Proficient in professional communication via phone to coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project partners.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Dodge Construction Central for comprehensive project research and data acquisition.
- Familiarity with Blue Book and its application in commercial estimation.
- Proficient in using PlanSwift for accurate quantity takeoffs and project estimation.
- Experience with Blue Beam for collaborative project documentation and management.
- Proven ability to effectively bid on projects, showcasing a strategic approach to secure successful contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication of project requirements.
- Utilize industry tools such as Dodge Construction Central, Blue Book, PlanSwift, and Blue Beam for comprehensive project analysis.
- Effectively bid on projects, demonstrating a strategic and competitive approach.
