Key Accountabilities Include
- Assist in LEX leadership Team for PTC’S internal and external communication strategy development.
- Custodian of PTC ESG agenda and drive related streams.
- Work closely with media and media agencies to ensure accurate representation of PTC in the media.
- Work closely with Area Comms team to coordinate between Area and PTC.
- Anticipate and monitor policy change and regulatory developments, ensuring robust solutions ahead of time.
- Develop and drive continuous internal and external comms plans in collaboration with other functions.
- Formulate strategies to minimize reputational risks, including ESG plans and initiatives.
- Identify business threats and opportunities from regulatory actions and initiate appropriate comms plans.
Qualifications And Essential Attributes
- The candidate should have at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar communication or leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage and drive the ESG agenda, encompassing various related streams.
- Knowledge in media management and coordination with media agencies to uphold accurate representation in the media.
- Strong collaboration skills, particularly in working closely with cross-functional teams such as the Area Comms team.
- Expertise in anticipating and proactively addressing policy changes and regulatory developments.
- Extensive background in developing internal and external communication plans.
- Experience in formulating strategies to mitigate reputational risks, including the development of ESG plans and initiatives.
- Familiarity with identifying and addressing business threats and opportunities arising from statutory, legislative, or regulatory actions.
