Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Handle sales and post-sale support for local and E-Commerce clients via email and WhatsApp.
- International Relations: Engage with international customers for sales, support, and export inquiries.
- Order Management: Monitor goods dispatch and delivery for online sales.
- Coordination: Collaborate with supervisors for time-sensitive tasks.
- Returns Processing: Manage returns, claims, and refunds accurately.
- Social Media Interaction: Respond to queries on social media platforms.
- Bulk Purchase Queries: Communicate with superiors regarding bulk purchases and business opportunities.
- Social Media Support: Assist in posting and scheduling social media content.
- Platform Use: Utilize platforms like Alibaba under superior guidance.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: English and Urdu proficiency.
- Customer Service Experience: Proven sales and after-sales service experience.
