Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and leads in a timely and professional manner across social media platforms
- Calling marketing leads and converting them into sales opportunities
- Provide product and brand-related support to customers, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Update and maintain data in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, social media management, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- High level of professionalism when speaking with customers
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
