Company Description
The Social Protection Resource Centre (SPRC) is a think tank dedicated to working on Social Policy in Pakistan. Our aim is to reduce social exclusion in Pakistan and help achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) by generating original knowledge and providing policy advice on various areas such as social protection, globalization, trade, environmental degradation, civil service reform, and more. At SPRC, we strive to adopt a consensual Social Policy, retool existing mechanisms for social assistance, and define and measure social protection needs to address socio-economic challenges faced by different groups.
Role Description
- Create a comprehensive communication strategy for the company across all platforms.
- Develop digital marketing content for social media that aligns with the company’s policies and vision.
- Manage and optimize digital channels using SEO and other tools.
- Collaborate with other departments to design and develop engaging content that is relevant to the business.
- Monitor and evaluate social media campaigns using analytical tools to ensure effectiveness.
- Utilize multimedia tools for content generation across all digital platforms, including design, photography, videography, production, and editing.
Qualifications
- Proficient in social media post design.
- Experience in research reports, brochures design, and electronic publication.
- Manage social media accounts and handle website SEO, articles SEO, and on-page SEO.
- Skills in videography and podcast production.
- Create, develop, and implement communication strategies.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Experience in creating and managing press releases.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans.
- Experience in internal communication.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in a relevant field, such as public policy or social development, is a plus.
