Job Description
Reports to: Client Solutions Lead
The community associate position at The Hive offers a challenging yet enjoyable role. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a creative mindset, experienced in connecting with customers. Community leadership and active participation are key to success in this position.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Develop community initiatives to foster member connections
- Solve member issues to maintain a cohesive community
- Manage leads by sharing relevant content with potential clients
- Work with the city manager on maintenance coordination
- Engage members, oversee events, and ensure a balance of activities
- Facilitate community rules to optimize member experience
- Lead tours and nurture relationships with local start-ups
Hiring Criteria:
- Event planning experience
- 1-2 years in customer-facing roles
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Understanding of startup ecosystem
