We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented individual to provide top-notch support to our online community and assist customers via chat channels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and fostering positive interactions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement:
- Proactively engage with our online community across various platforms (e.g., social media, forums, etc.).
- Respond to community members’ inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and helpful manner, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
- Chat Support:
- Provide prompt and courteous support to customers via live chat channels (e.g., website chat, messaging apps, etc.).
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status updates, troubleshooting issues, and other related queries.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, community management, or related roles.
