Job Description
Contractual (1 position), Dec 2025–Jun 2026. Reporting to the Project Manager. Location: Multan and project sites; maximum age 40.
- Lead community mobilization on climate resilience, water conservation, and green city concepts.
- Form and support community groups for operation and maintenance; conduct stakeholder consultations, FGDs, and social mapping.
- Mainstream gender and inclusion; document feedback, grievances, and success stories.
Qualifications: BA/MA in Social Sciences, Development, or Environmental Studies; minimum 4 years’ experience in community engagement; strong skills in PRA tools, facilitation, local language proficiency, and report writing.
