Job Description
StarBazaar.pk is seeking a Community Management Executive to oversee our brand’s online presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and email. Responsibilities include prompt customer responses, maintaining data in Google Sheets, addressing complaints, and collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage brand interactions on social media and email.
- Respond professionally to inquiries and comments.
- Educate customers about products/services.
- Handle complaints effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams for customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar tools.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
