Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our online community across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and foster a positive community environment.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content that resonates with our audience.
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
- Analyze community feedback and provide insights to relevant teams for product or service improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices, applying them to enhance community engagement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align community management strategies with overall marketing goals.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or community engagement.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and community trends.
