Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Crypto Community Manager at Funsol Technologies in Islamabad. Responsibilities include managing the online community, social media platforms, user-generated content, and customer support. Collaborate with teams to drive community growth & enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Experience in community or social media management
- Understanding user behavior & mobile gaming industry
- Strong problem-solving & conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Manage social content & campaigns effectively
- 6+ months experience in marketing or related field
- Hands-on experience with Twitter, Telegram, & other platforms
- Preferable experience in managing a crypto community
