Job Description
The Hive is looking for a dedicated Community Officer to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide a warm welcome and assist with check-ins. Your responsibilities will include scheduling facility tours, managing walk-in visitors, and ensuring potential clients receive comprehensive information about our services.
In this role, you will also support the onboarding process for new clients, maintain accurate records in our CRM system, and prepare engaging presentations for our guests. We are seeking candidates with proven experience in concierge services, exceptional communication skills, and a strong customer-focused attitude. Multilingual abilities and a degree in hotel management are preferred qualifications.
