Job Description

The Community Relationship Manager – Baghbaan will play a pivotal role in the TCF’s mission by spearheading fundraising initiatives through volunteer engagement and personal connections. This dynamic position involves community outreach, volunteer management, and strategic planning to ensure the sustained growth of the Baghbaan Volunteer Program.

  • Community Outreach through organizations and affluent individuals.
  • Smooth induction and structure of the volunteer pool into teams, instituting mechanisms for communication and coordination.
  • Sustain and scale Baghbaan Volunteer Program, providing relevant training and support material to the volunteers.
  • Fundraising through volunteers and personal contacts.
  • Provide ongoing facilitation & support in leveraging different channels and meeting fundraising targets.
  • Ensure volunteer induction, engagement and retention through effective motivation and recognition strategies.
  • Develop a strategy for ensuring a volunteer pipeline.
