Job Description
Purpose: To receive and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve customer complaints by routing them to the concerned staff.
Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 1 to 2 years’ of relevant experience
Knowledge:
- Fault rectification – processes and TAT
- Nature of faults
- Record keeping
- Intermediate knowledge of MS office
Business:
- Gather information of complaints from 118 Coordinator.
- Undertake formation of teams.
- Ensure team readiness with necessary tools.
- Coordinate dispatch of teams based on area status.
- Maintain communication and update systems with regards to job progress.
- Coordinate for material requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of tickets and maintain fault records.
- Update records of critical consumers.
- Staff and vehicle attendance management.
Health, Safety & Environment: Ensure compliance with safety protocols for staff & public well-being.
