Job Description
Translation Empire is seeking a dedicated Complaints Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage customer complaints, ensure communication is maintained throughout the process, and provide clear, informed responses via letter and email.
Requirements include a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a customer service or complaints role and strong problem-solving skills. This position is office-based in DHA Sector F, Rwp, with hours from 10am to 7pm. Competitive salary offered.
