Job Description
Translation Empire is looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Complaints Officer to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer complaints and facilitating clear and effective communication throughout the resolution process. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience in customer service, exhibit robust problem-solving abilities, and demonstrate a keen attention to detail.
This position is office-based and operates from 10 AM to 7 PM at our DHA Sector F office in Rawalpindi. We offer a salary that is competitive within the market.
