Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Advisory – Compliance to join our team at Telenor Microfinance Bank Limited. As the Manager Advisory – Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring the company’s adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures.
Your primary duties will include conducting compliance assessments, developing and implementing compliance programs, and providing guidance and support to various departments within the organization. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on compliance activities, as well as identifying and mitigating any potential compliance risks.
To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices. You should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
