Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Analyst at Hamza Foundation in Lahore. The Compliance Analyst will be responsible to:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of internal systems and controls to identify risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Assist in the development and execution of internal audit plans, including the preparation of audit reports that clearly communicate audit findings and recommendations.

• Collaborate with various departments to implement compliance programs and improvements based on audit outcomes.

• Monitor and analyze changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices that may impact the company’s operations, and recommend appropriate measures.

• Participate in the continuous improvement of audit methodologies and processes.

• Conduct training sessions for staff on compliance policies and procedures to foster a culture of compliance and integrity throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Should have 1-2 years of experience in Auditing

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

• A team player with a commitment to ethical conduct and maintaining confidentiality
