Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Compliance Assistant to join our team at Hiro Talent. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing existing policies and procedures to identify compliance gaps, assisting in the creation of new policies, and developing electronic versions of organizational documents. You will shadow employees to create detailed job training aids and standard operating procedures, as well as generate job description templates to enhance our organizational structure.
