Job Description
The Compliance Officer plays a vital role in safeguarding the NBFC against legal and regulatory risks, ensuring operational integrity, and promoting a culture of compliance across the organization.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with Company laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement compliance policies.
- Provide training on compliance requirements.
- Identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Prepare compliance reports and oversee AML, CFT, CDD, and KYC programs.
- Manage compliance incidents, collaborate with auditors, and maintain accurate records.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in related fields. Compliance Certification a plus. Experience: Minimum 3 years in risk management and compliance.
