Role Description
This is a full-time remote Construction Estimator role. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, conducting site visits, preparing cost estimates, negotiating with suppliers, and collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Estimator or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency in construction estimation software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation
